Klingensmith s Drug Stores, Inc. Retail Sales Clerk/Fill Tech in Ford City, Pennsylvania
Klingensmiths Drug Stores is seeking part time or full time retail clerks/fill techs. Clerk/fill techs are responsible for all register transactions, lottery transactions (where applicable), coffee bar maintenance (where applicable) and customer service as well as for other duties as assigned by the pharmacist, merchandising department or other members of management. If this location is not a retail store, the sales clerk/fill tech will work primarily in the pharmacy with duties including, but not limited to, assisting with the filling of prescriptions ie. Rx packaging. They will also be responsible for all phases of the delivery process which include data entry, packaging and reconciling the UPS system (where applicable). On occasion, it may be necessary for any retail employee to work in a location other than their home location.
Candidates should be able to handle all register and lottery transactions accurately. They must be flexible and able to work efficiently during busy periods as well as be friendly and able to quickly meet customer needs. Prior POS, retail or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills (particularly on the phone) are essential.
