Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, working Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime. You will be part of a dedicated team working in shifts, assembling and inspecting sunglasses from start to finish. This includes using a pad print machine, screwing, gluing, and fastening individual pieces together, installing lenses, and preparing products for quality checks. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each pair of sunglasses meets our high standards before packaging.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Foothill Ranch, California.

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting that requires standing throughout the shift. The environment includes daily metrics tracking and highly repetitive short-cycle assembly tasks. A casual dress code is observed, with close-toed shoes and protective eyewear required. Safety is a priority, with protective gear and regular stretches mandated. Employees also enjoy a discount after 90 days and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
