Job description
We are looking for an On-boarding Specialist! As the On-boarding Specialist, you will ensure the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be one that is able to prioritize tasks and work with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. We are willing to train the right candidate to help ensure your success in your new roll.
Responsibilities
- Book travel arrangements for employees
- Manage phone calls, voicemail messages and correspondence (i.e., emails)
- Post jobs, as well as maintain list of current jobs for internal team distribution
- Stay current with all paperwork to be filed -- to include obtaining any missing information, create new hire personnel files, etc.
- Maintain and update electronic recruiting database daily
- Create project worksheets for projects with all applicable information (i.e., manpower, hotel, flights, per diem, etc.)
- Attend team/department meetings
- Submit timely reports to supervisor
- Support the team whenever necessary
Requirements and skills:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Must be available for evening/weekend work, as needed
- Proficient speaking, writing, reading English/Spanish bilingual, preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and social media
