About the Position
Our Ferndale Washington office is seeking a full-time Accountant. This position requires a highly organized, self-starter who can work efficiently, and independently while being part of a team in the following areas:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Accounting for general ledger, fixed assets accounting, cash reconciliations and accounts receivable.
Full cycle accounting for various small entities.
Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage is available on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.
Paid time off based on length of employment.
Competitive starting wage $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE.
Location
Ferndale, Washington, IMCO corporate office.
This is not a remote position, however working one day a week at home is acceptable.
Requirements and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required.
Preferably a background in public accounting.
1+ years of experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant fixed asset accounting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint, QuickBooks).
This position is not considered a safety-sensitive position therefore pre-employment drug screening will not include cannabis testing.
