Maritz Painter - Maintenance Tech in Fenton, Missouri

To support the business efforts of all Maritz operating units and tenants in a cost effective, high value, and affordable manner. This position will be primarily be a full time painter for jobs around the Maritz campus.
Primary Responsibilities
Painting with multiple applications including brushes, rollers and sprayers and be proficient in different painting techniques.
Work is preformed inside and outside in all weather conditions.
Possess the ability to work from heights including ladders, scaffolds and lifts.
Following safety standards for company and all applicable local, state and federal guidelines, or codes.
Ability to work from written or verbal instructions.
Maintain shop area, and inventories of materials in an organized, safe manner.
Perform duties with minimum supervision to the completion of the assignment with quality workmanship, adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Two- four years professional painting experience in a corporate environment
Valid Class E Driver’s License
Ability to work well with others using good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
Safety oriented and knowledgable
Self-starter and able to work independently on projects
Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb up and down on a ladder, ability to carry and lift items, and to be around paint and paint supplies. Ability to stand, lift and bend.; All required as a major part of this role.
