This role offers competitive compensation ( $23.25/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1+ year of previous CNC experience.

• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).

• Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal).

• Good hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Able to stand for most of the shift

Description:

• Sets up, lays out, and operates various CNC lathes and/or mills.

• Reads blueprints and job orders for specifications, tooling instructions, and operation sequence.

• Selects, positions, and secures tools and workpieces in the machine.

• Sets feeds, speeds, and depths of cut according to specifications.

• Starts and monitors machine operation.

• Verifies machined workpieces meet specifications using precision measuring tools.

• Identifies and discusses errors in diagrams or production orders with supervisors/engineers.

• Keeps work area clean and organized.

• Follows company safety policies.

Pay Details: $23.25 per hour
