PARKLAND HEALTH CENTER HVAC/REFRIG Mechanic in FARMINGTON, Missouri
Perform general maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, construction, patch and paint. Knowledge of plant operations including steam boilers, hot water boilers, electric rooms, transfer switches, and generators. Our HVAC/R systems include rooftop units, air handling units, split units, air cooled chillers, cooling towers, VAV boxes, and terminal boxes. Knowledge of building management systems and maintenance management systems is helpful. Once trained, employee will go into a nine-person call rotation, work normal shift of 0700-1530 then on-call for a week Monday thru Friday 1530 to 0700, then Saturday and Sunday 24 hr period ends at 0700 Monday. On-call requires employees to be within a 30-minute drive time range of the facility.
