Are you ready to connect with potential residents seeking a new home? This position is created for a certain individual who has high energy, great communication, and sales skills. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business in the Metro Detroit Area! We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments. Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with current and potential residents
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential residents
• Showcase and highlight unique features and amenities of the community during tours
• Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
• Answering phones, greeting potential clients, and showing model apartments
• Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements
• Following up with guests who have toured the community
• Assisting in rent collections
• Clerical duties as required

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
• Candidates must have a valid drivers license
• Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred
