Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced and organized Executive Assistant. This role would be supporting multiple Directors. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make travel arrangements in Concur (international & domestic)

• Process expense reports in Concur

• Handle large meeting requests including notifications, set-up, catering.

• Modify and print out reports

• Calendar Management

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Zoom

SharePoint would be a plus

Type 50 WPM

3 years of experience in similar role

HS/GED required. Higher degree a plus.
