EJH Construction Construction Foreman in Farmington Hills, Michigan
- Working Foreman for residential and commercial construction projects
- Pay $29-$37 Hourly
- Lead, direct, & organize construction sites, employees, & sub-contractors
- Coach, train, and gold employees accountable
- Ability to work independently and lead crews
- Ability to complete rough, finish, and trim carpentry
- Ability to frame, hang and finish drywall with high level of quality
- Complete install of commercial doors and windows
- Complete daily field reports, analyze blueprits, inspections, & site visits
- Respond to emergency services such as water mitigation, fire mitigation, structural, board ups, etc.
- Respond to after-hour mitigation/restoration emergency service as part of on-call rotation
- Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- Communicate honest, clear, and concise with employees, clients, and vendors
- Willing/Available to travel 35% for out-of-state projects
- Travel is generally 1-3 weeks per trip
- Core Hours Monday--Friday 7:00am -- 3:30pm when working locally (Approx.)

Basic Qualifications
- Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
- 5+ Years of Commercial and/or Residential Carpenter experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+Years of Hotel Renovation experience
- 4+ Years of experience with blueprints, drawings, and DFRs
- 4+ Years of material take-off experience
- 4+ Years of experience working in occupied spaces
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
