Premium Administration Implementation Manager

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Consumer Benefits Solutions team in Farmington, CT.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Farmington, CT offices.

What the day will look like

This position is responsible for the implementation of payroll and billing administration services for new clients as well as the transition and training of the Premium Administration team on core processes and tools.

  • Install Premium Administration services for clients by creating of new accounts on Premium Administration systems such as Resource One, IBM and EBIX.

  • Engage and educate clients and insurance carriers on the necessary administration processes and tools to ensure accurate payroll and billing services.

  • Develop and implement process maps and project plans for the implementation of new Premium Administration plans.

  • Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.

  • Identify areas of opportunity within processes and tools throughout the client implementation lifecycle.

  • Create standard workflows, handoff processes, and training for Premium Administration team on new business processes and systems.

  • Partner with Information Services Team on testing of systems and processes for new clients.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 3+ years of project management experience (client-facing)

  • 5+ Microsoft Suite Applications

  • 2+ years of training experience

Nice to have

  • 1+ years billing experience working with insurance carriers

  • 1+ year billing and reconciliation experience

    Education

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent years of experience.

    Pay Transparency

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 – $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
