TEKsystems Processing Associate in Fairfield, Iowa

Description:

Daily Duties:

Will start with indexing and assisting with processing brokerage paperwork. Will need to learn specific requirements for Pershing, Fidelity, and National. This is a very detail oriented role.

Will be assisting with opening new accounts, 401k adjustments, updating licensing, beneficiaries, investment, and retirement accounts.

Will move into a customer service line of work around months into the role - must be comfortable with assisting with indexing, processing, and customer service lines of work!

Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Act as a primary contact for all operational activities related to departmental systems; including but not limited to troubleshooting issues, processing activations and deactivations; and providing information and reports related to departmental systems upon request

Act as a primary contact for troubleshooting issues from rep-advisors and company associates, interfacing with the Information Systems department; and escalating issues in a timely manner to obtain resolutions as quickly as possible.

Develop an understanding of other company technology systems that interface or could be used with or to troubleshoot inbound inquires related to departmental systems

Capture essential data used for team metrics, accurately, and in a timely manner

Previous experience with multiple computer systems and training in a fast paced work environment - 1+ years

Good tenure in previous roles

PREFER:

Experience working for a bank/credit union/bank teller

Previous retail or call center experience

Previous CNA experience
