Adecco is hiring immediately for a Accounting Office Admin with a local client in Fairburn, GA.

· Contract Type: Temp to Hire

· Pay: $25-$30 per hour

· Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Essential Duties:

· Scheduling appointments

· Processing credit card payments (Clover System)

· Answer/respond to emails

· Return client calls (Receivable calls).

· General accounting/reconciliation duties

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in general accounting

· 2-year degree in Accounting or Business Administration

· Understanding of how payments are made to accounts and credit card processing

· MS Excel, MS Office, Accounts Receivable, ACH, CC Processing and Reconciliation
