**[BASIC FUNCTION: [The incumbent, under the direction of a project manager or architect/engineer, is responsible for performing a variety of technical and administrative architectural/engineering functions relating to the design, construction, and modification of Borough facilities. The incumbent will assist in the design and management of various construction projects.
