About the role

The Omnichannel Marketing Senior Director is a critical member of the EMEA Commercial Excellence and Regional Marketing Team. The role will lead an organization of centralized capabilities focused on the execution of omnichannel marketing strategies in partnership with the businesses and countries to improve the value we create, communicate and capture for customers and the organization.

The leader will help the organization deploy an effective omnichannel approach that enables maximizing return on investment and customer experience in every customer touchpoint and increasing customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value. The role is accountable for developing a strong impactful team of experts with the right capabilities that are focused on enhancing the customer buying journey.

Additionally, it is responsible for implementing simplified and robust processes and agile ways of working, establishing clear governance and supporting more insights and data driven omnichannel marketing.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and implement a new Marketing communications center of excellence organization that supports omnichannel marketing execution across EMEA.

  • Enable a Digital DNA culture across the region - driving awareness and understanding across all relevant functions

  • Supports campaign design and build ((channel preferences and content design), deployment, measuring and learning with cross-functional collaboration. Owns execution of online and offline communication efforts, including executing and managing online content and development, social media, and advertising efforts, and events to achieve business goals and targeted financial and content quality results.

  • Supports the implementation of businesses omnichannel strategies to deliver a modern, leading, digital customer experience

  • Based on a deep understanding of EMEA requirements, create a strategic vision and roadmap for omnichannel transformation and enhanced customer experience across all marketing channels.

  • Responsible for providing thought leadership on emerging digital/technology e.g. AI and that can be leverage to drive profitable growth and simplify business operations.

About you:

We seek an experienced Digital Marketing leader with an excellent track record driving transformation, change management and strategic digital initiatives. You will be a thought leader in digital transformation, as well as demonstrating strong servant leadership and organisational savvy.

We encourage candidates from inside and outside of healthcare, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Tech.

In addition, you will have:

  • Marketing communications leadership experience with focus on omnichannel/digital communications.

  • Strong leadership skills, proven in leading big teams (incl. leading managers) with strategic and operational scope, balancing workload, and maximizing effectiveness and efficiency

  • Omnichannel transformation experience and expertise especially for marketing including digital content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics, and measurement.

  • Demonstrated skills in organizational design, implementing a new operating model, organizational transformation and change management

  • Outstanding executive presence, including exemplary communication skills.

  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder mapping, persona development, buyer journey definition, and developing content strategies to align with the sales funnel

  • Ability to travel frequently
