Althea's Footwear Solutions is hiring for a footwear Sales Associate at our Everett, WA location.
Job Description
The ideal Sales Associate will possess the following.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure that customers feel welcome in our store.
- The ability to develop relationships with both customers and co-workers.
- A desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience through engagement and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to genuinely help our customers solve their shoe problems as opposed to simply selling.
- The ability to listen to and then address customer needs and offer solutions.
- A willingness to be cross-trained and perform a variety of administrative functions.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Ideally, one year of sales experience. Footwear experience is preferred, but not essential.
as we will provide training.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have dependable transportation to ensure arriving at work on schedule.
Able to be employed in the US.
