Responsibilities

Horizon Health has an excellent career opportunity for the following position in the behavioral health program at Good Hope Hospital in Erwin, North Carolina.

Director, Social Work

Responsibilities include assessments, staff supervision, scheduling, social work service management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family therapy. Also, functions are a member of the Referral Development Team, PI Committee, and serves as liaison to Hospital Social Services and Case Management staffs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a master’s in social work from an accredited university and a minimum of two years’ experience working with behavioral health programs, excellent clinical skills and current North Carolina LMSW/LCSW license.
