Description Benefits Administrators should apply for this exciting role with one of our clients. The benefits administrator will direct and plan the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. Common operations in this benefits administrator role will involve researching alternative benefits programs, implementing enhancements to current programs, and overseeing all general tasks associated with benefits administration. Responsibilities

  • Help organization to comply with applicable government regulations

  • Create benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.

  • Manage all interactions and negotiations with all our service providers

  • Develop deep knowledge of employee benefits plans and vendors

  • Partner regularly with accounting department

  • Architect administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes

  • Oversee transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration

  • Organize leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)

  • Oversee enrollments and determine employee eligibility

  • Take charge of daily benefits processing

  • Guide employees during the selection of their benefit options Requirements - Hands-on experience with data analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field

  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Comfortable navigating the world of benefits contract language

  • 3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
