Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes - Perform general ledger accounting tasks - Reconcile general ledger accounts - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations (GAAP) - Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks - Assist with governmental accounting requirements
Requirements: - Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role - Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Jobber) - strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation - Familiarity with budgeting processes and balance sheet reconciliation - Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
