Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a long-standing client in the Custom Manufacturing space near Englewood CO to place their next Accountant! This position is 100% in office, and offers competitive benefits, huge opportunities for growth, and is paying the right candidate $70K-$80K!

Job Duties for this Accountant Include:

• Managing, coordinating, and maintaining project accounting system on a percentage of completion basis

• Assisting the Controller with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

• Recording monthly journal entries

• Reconciling balance sheets monthly

• Auditing financials

• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting process

• Assisting in annual audit

Requirements

Requirements for this Accountant Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience with a focus on debits/credits, month end, journal entries, sales tax, etc.

• Multi-entity or intercompany accounting

• High volume of daily transactions

• Job Cost/Project accounting is nice to have, and would consider candidates who are eager to learn about it

• Experience working with a large ERP system (bonus points for Sage)

• Excel (v lookups, pivot tables, sum if’s)

• Go-getter, eager to learn personality
