As a Data Entry Specialist for our client in Encinitas, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes. Leveraging your experience and attention to detail, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data accurately, supporting the organization's operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

• Input and update customer information, orders, and other data into the organization's database system.

• Conduct regular quality checks to verify data accuracy and integrity.

• Assist with data clean-up and organization projects as needed.

• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for analysis and decision-making purposes.

• Collaborate with team members to address any data-related issues or discrepancies.

• Uphold confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or related roles.

• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
