This role requires someone that has great customer service skills and can be self directed, manage their time working between the different departs within this client.

-Support IT tickets through "Track IT" ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues.

-This client works in a Windows environment and are implementing O365 as well.

• Installation and troubleshooting of PC/laptop hardware as well as peripherals such as printers and RF ID technology.
