*[JOB SUMMARY: *[Responsible for providing general maintenance for County buildings and grounds, maintaining proper heating/cooling functions of County buildings, and repairing and preventive issues on boilers, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems in County buildings, and monitoring operational factors of building operations.

- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Possession and ability to maintain license in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems or 5 years experience in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems maintenance and repair
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and appliances and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work and locksmithing functions
- Knowledge of department safety policies and procedures and ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of interrelated processes, tasks and operations
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Drivers License
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen
