Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Mechanic responsible for preventative and reactive mechanical and basic electrical maintenance. Equipment includes band saws, cut-off saws, horizontal contour cutters, laser cutters, up to 20-ton presses, slitters, 400HP grinders, glue machines, rollers, conveyors, ABB/Fanuc/Motoman Robots, etc. PMs consist of lubing, greasing, checking componentry for wear/problems, etc. Mechanical troubleshooting/repairs to hydraulics, pneumatics, motors (up to 400 HP), gears, bearings, fans, etc. Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of 480v 3phase, LOTO, using a volt meter, checking/replacing breakers, fuses, sensors, etc. Fabrication experience would be nice (weld, bend/cut/straighten metal). 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am $2/hr Shift Premium!
