You will be the cornerstone in establishing a culture of ethical AI use that respects patient privacy and adheres to all regulatory requirements.

Your role:

  • Advising on Privacy Laws: Serve as an expert on privacy laws affecting healthcare data, providing guidance on complex issues such as cross-border data transfers and consent mechanisms for patient data usage.

  • Liaison with Regulatory Bodies: Engage with entities like the FDA for AI medical devices approval, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are in place for regulatory submissions.

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training modules on the ethical use of AI, tailored for different roles within the organization, highlighting case studies on successfully implemented AI projects that adhered to ethical and compliance standards.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a role focused on data privacy, AI ethics, or compliance, ideally within the healthcare technology sector.

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning models and natural language processing, and their application in clinical settings.

  • Expert knowledge of international privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others, including specific provisions applicable to AI-driven healthcare solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ethical, legal, and technical concepts to a non-specialist audience.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
