Responsibilities Provides a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients, families, visitors, and staff. Carries out all administrative/clerical activities required to maintain continuity and organizational support across sites. Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, day shift Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling/rescheduling. Answer/transfer calls and voicemails appropriately, greet patients/families/guests/staff in a customer-friendly, professional manner. Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting space for patients and guests. Review and obtain appropriate forms for patient appointments. Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence including email, mail, and faxes. Collect copays due at time of check-in. Process Release of Information forms. Assist patients by troubleshooting for any telehealth appointment issues. General administrative/clerical duties to support clinic and program such as office supply ordering, responding to requests, and maintain calendars for providers. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are appropriately addressed in a timely manner. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-2 years' experience in healthcare support preferred Must have excellent customer services skills. Ability to processes charts and related documents with concrete variables in standardized situations and apply problem solving techniques to those situations that go beyond this scope Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word. Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
