Ebenezer Accounting Clerk in Edina, Minnesota
Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team! This position processes accounts payable, bank deposits, ACH transactions, and cash transfers for both owned and managed sites. This accounting schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shift
No weekends

Responsibilities/Job Description
Communicates with sites and staff accountants regarding deposits, transfers, and ACH transactions
Processes ACH transactions for monthly resident payments
Processes ACH transactions for bi-weekly payroll pull from sites
Processes cash transfers between bank accounts
Assists with processing annual 1099 forms
Process accounts payable for managed housing
Maintains files of all accounts payable back-up and reports
Meters outgoing mail
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
0-1 years of previous experience
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word
Preferred:
Associate Degree
1-3 years of previous experience
