Major Responsibilities Front desk receptionist duties including greeting guests, answering the phone Coordinate seminars, meetings, and luncheons at corporate office Receive and distribute mail to office personnel Assist the accounting department with scanning documents Assist with copying and faxing needs for the corporate office Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent. An Associate's Degree in office or business-related field is a plus. Experience A minimum of two years of experience required Must be able to work independently and accurately Up-to-date computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, email, and IM) Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Physical Demands of Position Ability to see, hear, listen, with good dexterity in hands for clerical and mailroom duties. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
