St. Luke's University Health Network Program Coordinator, Executive Health Services in Easton, Pennsylvania

The Program Coordinator of the Executive Health Services will support the day to day operations of the Executive Health program by assisting the Manager of the program. The Program Coordinator will be knowledgeable in the programs core functions, being able to arrange and coordinate the patient’s visit so that the overall experience is optimal.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides confidential support to the Manager of the program as well as physicians.

  • Helps coordinate and plan daily patient schedules, coordination of services and post-service follow up activities.

  • Creates and maintains program’s calendar of patient visits and shares calendar with key program stakeholders (physicians, department managers)

  • Schedules outbound outreach meetings to targeted clients and their respective human resource functions to attract and generate new business.

  • Addresses inbound inquiries via phone/email/website form submissions and effectively promotes the Program.

  • Serve as the secondary point of contact with clients and/or their respective companies throughout their experience with the Program.

  • Is able to oversee the patient visits in the absence of the Program Manager.

  • Greets and hosts clients via concierge-style service while they are onsite. Supports billing/invoice process and monitors timely payments. Works with other departments as necessary to effectively coordinate operations of Program.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

Sitting for up to 6 hours per day, an hour at a time. Walking for up to 2 hours; 20 minutes at a time. Frequent use of fingers for writing and/or word processing, twisting and turning occasionally. Uses upper extremities to occasionally lift and carry items up to 10 lbs. Occasionally stoops/bends and reaches above the shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general vision.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities/projects with consistent, high quality outcomes. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are imperative. Medical background or past exposure to clinical environment is preferred, but not required.
