Admissions Team Member, Part-Time, Easton, PA Starting hourly rate of $14.00/hour. GENERAL SUMMARY: Utilize Gateway ticketing software to guests visiting The Crayola Experience. Assist guests by answering questions and concerns. Promote goodwill and brand loyalty by consistently projecting a positive image of the Crayola Experience and the Crayola brand. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide outstanding guest service by assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. Maintain functional knowledge of the Crayola Experience. Process cash, group orders at check in, and credit card transactions.  Accountable for end of the day balancing of cash register and daily deposits. Follow established departmental procedures for refunds, deposits, credit card payments and cancellations. Keep a clean and organized area.  Make sure supplies are refilled and accounted for.  Organize and gather goodie bags for groups and birthdays, including proper labeling and handling of materials. Monitor traffic flow and access points. Ensure security measures are being followed at points of entry. Decisions regarding general admission ticketing requests and reservation processing at The Crayola Experience will be made by the ticketing representatives within pre-established department guidelines.  The supervisor will authorize decisions regarding non-routine situations. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Preferred. Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Demonstrate ability to adhere to company policies and procedures Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm demeanor in stressful circumstances PC Proficient and knowledge of computer software PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
