Robert Half is looking for a professional Accounts Payable Clerk to add to the Easton, PA area! In this A/P role, you will maintain accounting records, responsible for completing payments, and reconciling invoices. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to find their long-term fit!

Job Responsibilities

· Ability to accurately process: vendor record maintenance & banking information

· Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

· Demonstrated ability to research and resolve AP invoice issues of all kinds

· Ability to execute accurate setup and change vendor information cross referencing with supporting documentation

· Models and consistently exhibits a high level of customer service

· Models and consistently exhibits a high level of customer service and builds good business partner relationships

· Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives

· Takes an active role in identifying and resolving team issues

Requirements

• ERP system experience

• Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular

• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable
