NORCO INC Combination Store Warehouse/Purchasing in East Wenatchee, Washington
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combo Store Warehouse position. This person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving duties on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. The primary duty of each employee is to perform their job functions so as to maximize the profits of Norco. Every employee is required to be punctual, efficient, ethical and professional in conduct and dress and to work as part of a team with a positive attitude with respect for coworkers and customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basis
- Notifies appropriate parties of shipments received on a daily basis
- Properly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basis
- Bin locate all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis
- Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain bin locations and bar code labels in the warehouse and show room with up-to-date pricing
- Generate Purchase Orders and Return Goods Authorization information when necessary
- Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location
- Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Educate staff on inventory accuracy and reduction of human errors
- Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
- Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
- Pay: $18.00/hr - $22:00/hr Depending on Experience
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients
- Good organizational and customer service skills
- Basic mathematics skills
- Accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications applicable to the position
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Ability to read written materials, PC screen, etc.
- Good communications skills
- Previous computer experience
