About The Role:

As a CBRE Real Estate Services Sr. Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the front line for tenant relationships – answering phones, monitoring the tenant work order system, and generating mass tenant communications – providing a premium customer service experience.

  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes filing, copying, and opening and distributing mail.

  • Ensure a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work well with tenants, visitors, co-workers, and management.

  • Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.

  • Handle vendor access for the building and tenants.

  • Monitor tenant work order system to ensure timely responses.

  • Maintain the office directory and tenant contact lists.

  • Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system. Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.

  • Coordinate and plan meetings and events for the office and the building.

  • Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Services Administrator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the [INSERT ROLE] position is $66,000 annually [or $31.73 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
