Transportation Research Center, Inc. Technical Writer - Documentation in East Liberty, Ohio

Purpose The Technical Writer revises or writes material that is mostly standardized for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications. The Technical Writer organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology, may maintain records and files of work and revisions, may select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material, assist in laying out material for publication, and arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material. This position is familiar with a variety of the automotive field concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
