Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources team. You will work closely with the VP of HR and the HR Manager to assist in investigations, focusing on administrative functions such as conducting research on labor laws and HIPAA policies. Your responsibilities will include assisting with performance reviews, conducting exit interviews, communicating HR policies, compiling employee data, and maintaining employee files.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of HR experience

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HIPAA

  • Proficiency in ADP and Excel

Soft Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Hartford, Connecticut.
