Factory Motor Parts DC eCommerce Operations Associate 3rd Shift - Picking and Packaging in Eagan, Minnesota

Job Responsibilities Include: Accurately receive, pick, and process all E-commerce orders for our fulfillment vendor Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Maintain warehouse organization Professional communication with customers, management, and associates Ability to write customer returns accurately Must be able to handle hazardous materials Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations Must be comfortable operating equipment up to 25 feet in the air Performs other duties as assigned Available Shifts: Sun - Thurs: 9pm - 5:30am Job Requirements: 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED equivalent Excellent attendance record Experience meeting metrics and tight fulfillment deadlines. 2+ years previous high volume fulfillment warehouse experience. (order picking and packaging customer orders) Cherry picker/Big Joe experience is a plus. High attention to detail with a positive work ethic and the ability to work and complete tasks with minimal direction Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
