We look for solutions driven application specialist individuals with a passion for science and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities in general are:

• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, upgrades, and installations of new equipment at our customers' sites in order to achieve optimum customer care and to ensure professional and timely troubleshooting

• Supporting customers on possible services and assisting with application problems via telephone support in assigned area

• Work closely with sales staff for their general support or to assist in individual cases - depending on capacity (e.g., during installations and training, setting up equipment for demonstration purposes, at trade fairs, etc.)

• Work primarily in the field and have close contact with your team colleagues and the sales team

What we are looking for:

• Completed technical training , preferably in medical technology , mechatronics , electrical engineering , or similar

• You are interested in life science / diagnostic applications

• Preferably you have practical experience , external service experience would be an advantage

• Good written and spoken English and German skills

• High willingness to travel / day trips with occasional overnight stays in assigned area / valid drivers l icense
