Manager, Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment (Portfolio Delivery Lead)
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Act as Portfolio Delivery Lead for key customer account, being responsible for the oversight of projects and programs run by the Patient Recruitment and Enablement team, with the goal of ensuring successful delivery (quality/ timeline/ financial).
Be the expert on Direct to Patient (DTP) strategy and delivery
Lead strategic initiatives and work with leadership across disciplines to develop implementation plans.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight across assigned programs/ accounts with internal and client teams
Responsible for delivery against agreed customer KPI’s and supports risk and actions planning as required
Act as a client and/or internal liaison and escalation point for PRE at PSCS
Attendance at key customer / project meetings
Responsible for leading monthly project review sessions with assigned team
Oversight of financial health of project/program
Acts as point of contact for account specific operational/delivery questions, process review, agreements and manuals etc.
Contribute to PSCS strategies pre and post award
Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop, operationalize, and implement best-in-class strategies for customers to meet recruitment goals and maximize DTP funnel performance
Coach and mentor PRLs assigned to the accounts/ projects
Participate and/or co-lead departmental quality or process improvement initiatives
Responsibilities may include :

Addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems
Provide operational leadership oversight for the resourcing process, including hiring, on-boarding and training standards and evaluating existing and future resource alternatives
Evaluate workload, quality and budget metrics through regular review and reporting of findings
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Extensive experience in a client facing strategic level role
Passion for patient centricity / healthcare communications / clinical trials
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent financial acumen
Accountability for all assigned tasks and experience proactively taking ownership as issues arise
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, establish and maintain relationships with individuals inside and outside the organization
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high pressure and deadline driven environment, proactively managing competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts to create detailed and tailored engagement / communication strategies
Thorough grasp of all standard computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts to create detailed and tailored engagement / communication strategies
Knowledge of the drug development / clinical trials processes
Experience working in patient recruitment and specifically with DTP (Direct to Patient), with minimal of 2 years
Experience developing ballpark and detailed budgets and discussing these with internal and external stakeholders
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a health care or other relevant discipline or educational equivalent
5 yrs. of relevant and client facing industry experience (patient recruitment / strategy / program management)
Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $103,900.00 - $173,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
