Description:

A well-rounded professional capable of managing projects, leading teams, maintaining technical proficiency, and fostering client relationships.

•\tDemonstrate proficiency with Building Services Codes and Standards both local and international.

•\tOversee the performance of team members and subcontractors and resolve issues as needed. Provide technical advice and support professional development.

•\tCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project delivery, adopt technical excellence within the team, and promote creative and innovative design.

•\tAct as a Project Leader on selected projects.

•\tAbility to manage projects from conception to completion

•\tUnderstanding of commercial elements of projects.

•\tManage workload and update forward plans. Work to time allocations.

•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Confidence in presenting design ideas to clients.

•\tDeliver client presentations on assigned projects, represent the company at meetings with clients and contractors when required.

•\tContribute to bid preparation, tender reviews, and proposal development.

Title:

Principal Building Services Engineer

Qualifications:

•\tMust have a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in the UAE

•\tMust have a relevant Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preference is for this role to be filled by an Electrical Engineer

•\tDesign Consultancy experience preferred

•\tChartered Engineer Status would be advantageous – CIBSE or IET preferred
