Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - HSE at DHE: DH Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment of both occupational health and safety and technical system safety (i.e. HAZID, FMEA, JHA/TSA).

• Reviews Risks Assessments with Business Unit Heads of Safety and Key Stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness as required.

• Provide educated advice on managing health and safety in the workplace.

• Explain potential consequences of deviations and work with the concerned departments on how to address risk and prevent incidents.

• Use knowledge of environmental laws and regulations to review company practices and devise processes to address the impact of a company's practices on the environment.

•Have sufficient knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment Laws and Regulations, and international standards relevant to leisure and entertainment industries (ASTM, ISO, NFPA, etc.).

• Identify compliance obligations from goal setting and prescriptive legal requirements and advise business unit on how to meet regulatory requirements.

• Support business unit on addressing violation notices received from regulatory inspections (i.e. Dubai Municipality Inspection, DCD inspection, etc.)

• Conduct Inspection, monitoring, and measurement to identify deviations on health and safety arrangements and regulatory requirements.

• Lead Audits to identify hazards and non-conformance.

• Review Contractor plans/ Method statements and risk assessments to analyse health and safety risk to the facility and business unit employee.

• Maintain Incident records and tracking.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Valid UAE passport, Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering

• NEBOH IGC in Occupational Health and safety.

• Knowledge of DM SEPA Guidelines Implementation and related Inspection process.

• Extensive Knowledge in HSE Management Systems. Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor Certification is an advantage.

• 5 Years Experience in HSE Safety with 3 Years Experience in Health, Safety and Environment for Leisure & Entertainment Facilities/ Malls/ Retail Industries
