Leaders of Tomorrow, Dubai Holding Graduate Programme has a vacancy for an Analyst – Investments reporting to the Director – Investments & Portfolio Management at our business company Dubai Holding Investments. The role holder will be accountable for various facets of the investment process within our Graduate Programme.

Key Accountabilities:

Technical

• Requires the ability to conduct comprehensive market research, indicating proficiency in gathering and analysing data using various tools and methodologies.

• Involves analysing financial statements and performance metrics, demonstrating a need for quantitative skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.

• Indicating a requirement for understanding and applying technical evaluation methods to assess risks and opportunities associated with investments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mentioned, emphasizing the need for technical skills in using spreadsheet, presentation, and project management tools.

Functional

• The role involves working with the investment team to develop and present investment proposals, demonstrating a functional responsibility in contributing to the strategic decisions of the team.

• Requires monitoring and assessing market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments, indicating a functional responsibility in staying informed about the external environment.

• Emphasizes excellent communication and presentation abilities, highlighting the functional requirement of effectively conveying information to internal and external stakeholders.

• Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with various departments within the organization, showcasing a functional requirement for teamwork and collaboration.

Who we are looking for candidates with the following:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).

• Maximum 1-year has surpassed since graduation year date.

• Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).

• Previous internship/training experience is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.

• Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.

Education / Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).Proficiency in presentation skills management and project management tools.
