About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Cost Controller to join Accounting and Finance team of Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Daily Task
Preparation of Daily Flash Food Cost Report
Interface & Verifying Daily Sales To Deplete Inventory
Posting beverage and other manual transfers in Oracle Fusion
Revenue Transfers and monitor all F&B packages with various allocation
Verifying & Approving Food & Beverage Recipes
Weekly Task
Oracle Fusion set up
Beverage inventory spot check
Brunch Stock take
Open Item audit
Monthly Task
Inventory Reconciliation
Month End Cut Off Oracle Fusion
Stock On Hand Report
Bar Variance Report
Qualification & Experience
3-years experience in Cost Control
Degree in Finance & Accounting or its equivalent
Good knowledge of Symphony, Oracle Fusion
