About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Cost Controller to join Accounting and Finance team of Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Daily Task

  • Preparation of Daily Flash Food Cost Report

  • Interface & Verifying Daily Sales To Deplete Inventory

  • Posting beverage and other manual transfers in Oracle Fusion

  • Revenue Transfers and monitor all F&B packages with various allocation

  • Verifying & Approving Food & Beverage Recipes

Weekly Task

  • Oracle Fusion set up

  • Beverage inventory spot check

  • Brunch Stock take

  • Open Item audit

Monthly Task

  • Inventory Reconciliation

  • Month End Cut Off Oracle Fusion

  • Stock On Hand Report

  • Bar Variance Report

Qualification & Experience

  • 3-years experience in Cost Control

  • Degree in Finance & Accounting or its equivalent

  • Good knowledge of Symphony, Oracle Fusion
