Apex Systems is hiring for a Customer Service Representative (Claims) role with our client in Draper, UT. This job opportunity is fully onsite. They are looking to interview asap! Role: Customer Service Rep. - Call Center (Claims Team) Onsite role in Draper, UT Expected Start Date: March or asap Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm (40 hour work week) 2-3 weeks of training Compensation: $19/HR Estimated Duration: 6-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full time employment! Job Description: Part of the Claims Call Center team.Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and being the first resolution line. They will be able to escalate any issues if needed. Soft Skills:

  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple teams

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1+ year of retail banking/teller/credit union experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
