JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a fashionable, creative, dynamic and motivated HR Marketing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract top talent to our organization and retain existing talents. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of human resources knowledge and marketing skills, with a keen understanding of how to effectively communicate our employer brand to prospective candidates.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment or employer branding, with s strong understanding of Marketing principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

  • Strong event management and organizational skills

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with proactive and result-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and software's related to graphic design (InDesign and other)

  • Proficiency in photo/video making, editing…etc. and related software

  • Passionate about fashion and design

  • Experience with Employer branding initiatives, employee engagement and culture-building activities.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and technologies

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  1. Employer Branding: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand, ensuring it reflects our values, culture, and opportunities for career growth.

  2. Talent Acquisition Marketing: Design and execute marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

  3. Content Creation: Create engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to showcase our company culture, employee benefits, and career opportunities.

  4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to engage with potential candidates and promote our employer brand.

  5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate recruitment and team building events, to connect with potential candidates and build relationships with key stakeholders as well as create a sense of belonging and retain existing talent.

  6. Employee Advocacy: Encourage and empower employees to become brand ambassadors, leveraging their networks to attract talent and share positive experiences about working at our company.

  7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.

  8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other departments to align marketing efforts with talent acquisition goals and recruitment needs.

  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our approach.

  10. Organization: Create and document all activities, events and initiatives to keep a legacy for future generations

  11. Communication: use the tools provided by the company and suggest new tools to communicate internally and externally and keep all stakeholders up to date with all the happenings.

  12. Fashion and style: Champion the brand image and help all talents to represent the brand DNA through their appearance by creating events and activities to help them elevate their grooming standards.
