We are looking for an experienced HR Program Manager reporting to work our Group Vice President ("GVP") of Global Rewards, HR Operations, Systems, Analytics, Workforce Expansion & Sustainability. What You'll Do: Program management of enterprise-wide projects sponsored the Global Vice President as a direct report. Strategic planning sessions organized and closely partner with the leadership team. Annual budget process facilitated and coordinated in step with central planning process and key contacts. Monthly prioritization review to ensure a consistent business operating rhythm and alignment with Chief Human Resources Officer. Biweekly leadership meetings are managed inclusive of curating the agenda and developing follow-up action items. Team engagement opportunities such as organizing staff lunch-and-learns, recognition spotlights, Team Norms action planning and other related broader team activities. Quarterly business review are organized and facilitated, and Special projects will be assigned. You bring a combination of a strategic mindset, agility, strong organization skills balanced with creativity, and relationship building, autonomous execution, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You will play a pivotal role in the team's journey to continuously improve and scale programs and offerings for all of Elastic's diverse, global population. This role is full time and will work with team members across all time zones. As this role will report into our U.S. based GVP, we would love to hear from candidates who are based in the same region.Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or have demonstrable experience, education, and training Minimum 8-10 years of required hands-on experience leading large-scale projects at all stages of the project lifecycle, including change management strategy (from initial prioritization through delivery) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification beneficial Experience with program delivery capacity planning and change management required Demonstrable knowledge of project management principles; validated experience developing and running project schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests required. Enjoy presenting - strong verbal communication skills a must! Comfortable interacting, partnering, and influencing leaders Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable in a multifaceted and frequently ambiguous environment and flexing hours when needed Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, lead change, and effectively delegate A sense of humor and willingness to roll with the punches definitely a plus

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.  In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
