Robert Half Inventory Clerk in Detroit, Michigan

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Operations Processor in Detroit, Michigan. This role is integral to our team, focusing on the efficient operation of office facilities and providing administrative support to other teams. The successful candidate will be involved in vendor relationship management, office cleanliness and safety, and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently following office workflow procedures to maximize productivity

• Assisting with vendor relationship management, including order communication and invoice retrieval

• Displaying customer service skills when interacting with guests, vendors, and internal team members

• Greeting and assisting visitors upon their arrival at the office

• Providing administrative support to other teams, such as redirecting phone calls and scheduling meetings

• Monitoring and maintaining storage room, including conducting inventory and restocking supplies as needed

• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of office areas

• Responding to requests and performing general administrative duties as required

• Actively participating in team meetings or 1:1 meetings and communicating continuous improvement ideas

• Handling other duties as assigned. Requirements • Must possess knowledge in Business Operations.

• Experience handling Invoice Data is required.

• Proficiency in Invoice management is essential.

• Should have experience in Administrative Office tasks.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with office management software.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant certification or degree may be advantageous.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills in business operations and administration.
