MAHUBE-OTWA is actively recruiting a Human Resource Generalist. Seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong independent initiative, a passion for people, and the desire to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience incorporating social media, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail along with organizational and project management skills. The HR Generalist position is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides direct HR support to all programs in the Agency with an emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and training. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal and external customer support, and driving talent acquisition initiatives as well as process improvements. Tasks vary in volume and complexity. The position requires initiative and independent judgement. Pay: $24.72 - $26.23 Schedule: Day Shift, Monday Friday, Full Time Work Remotely: Partially, must be available for onsite work Location(s): Detroit Lakes, MN preferred. Other locations in 5 county service area may be considered.
