Responsibilities

• Dive into the heart of finance by reconciling GL accounts monthly.

• Be a key player in crafting our financial story through assistance in preparing dazzling financial statements.

• Take charge of our financial ecosystem by managing our AP/AR processes with finesse.

• Keep our financial ship sailing smoothly by performing monthly bank reconciliations.

• Be the guardian of fiscal integrity by meticulously reviewing employee expenses.

• Maintain the pillars of our financial structure by managing fixed asset records.

• Thrive in the spotlight as you assist with external audit requests, showcasing our financial prowess.

• Ensure we're at the forefront of compliance with accounting standards, guiding us to new heights.

• Spark innovation by identifying opportunities for process efficiencies that will set us apart.

• Unleash your analytical prowess as you support with ad hoc financial analysis, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

• A passion for numbers and an eye for detail that sets you apart.

• Strong understanding of GAAP.

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

• A fearless attitude towards challenges and a hunger for growth.
