Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 6:45 AM-7:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $25.00 an hour

You Will:

• Report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians

• Have desire and ability to do basic troubleshooting on an automated line

• Ensure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely, according to manufacturer’s recommendations

• Advocate for Conagra's quality and safety standards

• Manage staff and work assigned for efficiency and safety

• Work within a plantwide team to achieve results

• Record/Log all production data accurately and be detailed

You Have:

• Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

• Ability to communicate in written and verbal form

• Be able stand and walk for extended periods of time, working 12 hour shifts, 3-4 weekdays a week

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Must be able to work and succeed in a fast paced environment and adapt to change

• Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
