Robert Half is partnering with a nationally renowned architecture firm in search of a graphic designer to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience designing for clients in the architecture or real estate industry, has chops in both environmental, digital, and traditional mediums, and is excited to join a company looking to redevelop their own brand identity.

Salary Range: $70k - $100k, flexible

Work Style: 3x/week on-site (choose your days)

Location: Downtown Denver

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in graphic design projects encompassing conceptualization, design, production, editing, and printing.

• Extend graphic design support across project-related materials including logos, title blocks, newsletters, digital illustrations, presentations, design directives, conclusive reports, and marketing collateral (e.g., proposals, brochures, posters, etc.).

• Supervise digital file creation and printing procedures with external vendors, ensuring impeccable quality control over final deliverables.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse vendors while articulating meticulous specifications.

• Cultivate and curate graphic resources archives, comprising logos, imagery, and documentation files, and manage external requests for logos and photos as necessary.

• Aid in the crafting of proposal documents.

• Craft signage, wayfinding, and interpretive programs, encompassing code review, conceptual design, development, design intent documentation, signage master plans, and coordination and supervision of fabrication.

  Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or visual communication.

• Demonstrable experience of at least three years in graphic design/production.

• Proficiency in communication, both visually and verbally.

• Mastery in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a penchant for creativity and the ability to shepherd projects from inception to fruition.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with diverse tasks and multiple deadlines.

• Methodical and detail-oriented with a knack for organizing.

• Proficiency in workload prioritization and adherence to established timelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of graphic design techniques and production methodologies, inclusive of industry-standard digital file preparation for various printing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in illustration.

• Experience in environmental graphic design, particularly in signage.

• Familiarity with 3-D software such as SketchUp and/or 3D Studio Max.

• Proficiency in website design and production, including HTML/CSS.
